When not practicing law, Stewart is a devoted husband to his wife, who he just adores, and to his daughter who is the joy of their lives.

Stewart is also an enthusiastic supporter of his community both by owning and very hands on managing beer production (and quality control) at One Shot Distillery & Brewery which hosts many events supporting the Dripping Springs community.
