Education

  • Texas Christian University with Honors 1989
  • University of Texas School of Law with Honors 1994

Pamela Roe Armour’s extraordinary professional accomplishments began while she was still at the University of Texas School of Law, working as a research assistant for one of the United States’ most celebrated Constitutional Scholars, Professor Charles Alan Wright.

While in law school, Pamela also served as a summer clerk for Hon. Mary Pearl Williams, a remarkable experience as Judge Williams was then the first woman district judge of Travis County and women law clerks assisting district judges were still uncommon.

Upon finishing law school, Pamela was offered a position as an associate with one of Texas’ most highly regarded real estate firms, Brown, McCarroll & Oaks Hartline, where she focused on real estate and corporate transactions in their Dallas office.

Pamela’s remarkably diverse experience and training as a young lawyer prepared her well for her current practice which focuses on estate planning and uncontested probate. Pamela is committed to getting the critical details of her clients’ needs and wishes properly worded in every single estate planning document. Pamela’s clients are impressed by her remarkable ability to explain complicated estate planning details, using words everyone can understand. Making certain her clients really understand what their estate planning documents mean is one of the most important goals for Pamela. This rare quality makes Pamela unequalled in what she does.

When not practicing law, Pamela is a devoted wife to her husband, Mike, and mother to four wonderful sons. Pamela is also an enthusiastic contributor to her community through Highland Lakes Bar Association Pro Bono Legal Clinic, through her church in Marble Falls, and as a substitute teacher of Pilates at Highland Lakes YMCA. She enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, bicycling, and playing disc golf.
